Inside Our Elementary Building – Room by Room
Kindergarten Room
Our kindergarten room bridges the gap between preschool and elementary education. This room is a warm, engaging space where children build early literacy and numeracy skills through play-based exploration, storytelling, group activities, and creative discovery. Every routine is carefully designed to help children feel secure, seen, and excited to come back tomorrow.
1st Grade Classroom
First grade is where curiosity gets serious, in the best possible way. Children dive into reading and writing workshops, maths games, and introductory STEM projects, guided by teachers who use inquiry-based learning to spark critical thinking. Children leave 1st Grade not just knowing more, but believing in themselves as learners.
2nd Grade Classroom
Independence takes root in 2nd Grade. Children begin to take ownership of their learning through collaborative projects, creative writing, group science experiments, and art-based presentations. We help them develop the skills to analyse, reason, and communicate with growing confidence, laying the groundwork for everything that follows.
3rd Grade Classroom
Our 3rd Grade classroom is a dynamic, ambitious space where children are challenged to grow in every direction. Project-based learning, research tasks, peer presentations, and goal-setting are all part of the everyday experience. With access to a small library, science materials, and cross-disciplinary resources, children leave 3rd Grade as well-rounded, resilient, and ready for whatever comes next.

What Comes Next? I AM Prep Academy K–12
Your child’s journey doesn’t have to stop at 3rd Grade. Opening June 15th, I AM Prep Academy K–12 extends the same trusted curriculum, values, and community spirit families already know and love, now on a full campus designed for children ages 5 to 11.
